How can I contact one in-game?
The only option I can find is to say "I'm Stuck!" which isn't very helpful when I need to ask something else. Very inefficient I say. So how do I contact one?

    apparently you don't. I've been trying to contact one for like 2 days and not one responce.

    Well yes, but it seems like there should be more than one way to contact them.
    I think the game could be a whole lot better if you could contact a GM in-game without having to be stuck.

    exactly. what is the point of there being a GM button when there are 0 GMs online in the first place?

    Imagine being a GM and getting 1,000+ messages contacts every hour.

    Now imagine those thousands of people just asking you gameplay questions, "hey, how are you doing?", "did you know?" and other random things, instead of critical things?

    The ticketing system allows your issues to be tracked and logged quicker, plus we can get files from you, and/or screenshots when needed.

    As much as we would like, not all GMs are going to come to everyone's beck and call. They try for reported issues, but it isn't always going to happen.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
