Bought Prepaid, purchased zen, sent to server now what?

What is supposed to happen now? I go to gold trading. It's saying I need to unlock funds. I never set a password. And I only use the same 3 passwords in life. And it isn't any of them. So, I didn't set this password.
Where is the zen/gold?

    I figured out the password. I must've done it a looong time ago. So, I sent the zen to the server I am on. I assume this takes time? Where will I see it? Mail?
    Will it go straight to auction house?

    It doesn't go to AH hit O and it should show your gold there at the bottom

    It doesn't. It still says "Buy Gold" 0 Silver

    Silly question, did you redeem the prepaid card on the web site first and did you transfer your Zen to your server?

    Ah, did you you do this while in game? and if so did you log out after you did this and log back in?

    Lol I know, I had a heart attack the first time I bought Zen...it never showed up O.O....until i logged out and in.
