Decomposing HH 60

Hi im sure this is a silly question, but I have everything I need for my hh70 weapon, except for the pieces from my 60. I've repaired it and try to decomose, but I cannot click on the start button. I've never had any troube, and have lvl 5 blacksmith. I've logged, i've restarted and everything else i can think of. Thanks

    Try repairing your arbor first.

    If you have shards in it you must purify it to remove them before you can decompose the weapon also

    nope, thats not true. But in any Case, the shards are lost.

    As an person said before, it MUST be fully repaired.
    "Repair All" Option does NOT work everytime , 1 or 2 endurance points will not be repaired sometimes, what actually isnt a big deal.

    Even if your Weapon shows full endurance. and you cant decompose it, go to the Blacksmith, klick "repair" klick on your weapon, confirm, and now you can decompose.

    yeah when i first started i didnt realise for weapons u have to decompose at a blacksmith and armour tailor ect. that was my problem for decomposing.

    Believe it or not Im not new to decomposing, and I am at the blacksmith. I've done several repairs, when I try to repair the arbor it says it doesnt need it. I even tried the purify suggestion. It is not bound, It is not equipped. Any other nuby questions for me? lol It just wont let me decompose, the start button is there but not highlighted and I am unable to click on it. I give... maybe ill just buy the damned weapon and sell mine and the mats... I dont really care at this point.

    Is your blacksmith skill level high enough? This sounds like the problem.

    Why cant we read!!!I HOPE I DONT NEED HIGHER THEN BLACKSMITH 5 to decompose a lvl 4 weapon. I made it myself 10 levels ago, Forget it I bought the pieces I needed and made my hh 70, WHICH IS ALSO A LVL 4 WEAPON. Thanks anyway

    Are you just clicking "repair all"? That only repairs items you have equipped. You have to use the "repair" button and actually click on the arbor if it's in your inventory.

    Just had this same problem. Manufactured level 70 TT leggings. Friend wore them for a bit. Went to decompose and it showed 143/143 durability (or whatever it was). Tailor would not decompose. My Tailor skill is 5. Nothing made sense until Unreal's post (thanks Unreal). Repaired it and despite being supposedly full durability it ate several hundred gold and then successfully decomposed. Used Repair, not Repair all.
