Connection problem?

OK, I tried a ticket and email, now I'll try here.

I've been playing from USA for about 2 weeks. Tonight I played about an hour. I log off, apply Microsoft patch MS9-11 (KB961373). I log on again and then after like 5 minutes I get banned. Your email says it because of banned region or open proxy. I don't run a proxy, I connect as I always have, and I'm in USA. Please help, I wanted level tonight!

    There was a 2 minute glitch that is being looked into resulting in bans accidentally.

    Please be patient and let Customer Service fix your accounts please!!!
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Can I spam the login screen until I get in? Or will the system think I'm hacking and (re)ban me?

    The problem should now be resolved. Please submit a ticket to customer support if you still cannot log in.
