changing faction time penalty?

if you leave a faction, do you have to wait for a certain time before entering a new one?
if so, how long do you have to wait?

    There is no time penalty for doing so.

    thanks for the info! i've played other games where you had to wait a WEEK before joining a new faction (or guild as they called it)!

    Well u just cant TW if you're not in the faction for at least 100hrs (4 days 4 hrs)
