solo TT early?

hey everyone :)

A member of my faction offered to open TT for me when I feel ready to try and sol it. I'm just wondering if any of you have any thoughts or experiences with soloing it before you can open it for yourself?

I'm currently lvl 41 and have a herc at same level.

I would like to go in to get some experience with it, even if the end result might be a death... but not if I'd have no chance to do it anyway.

oh, and also... any suggestions for dps skills for a scorpion? I'm thinking that a scorp will perform better in a dps role than the herc in group situations.

    You mean they will open solo mode for you because of your level right? I hope you don't mean open squad TT. Thats a total waste. You won't even get past normal mobs. You might be able to do TT60 solo mode 1-1 if you are pure mag.

    But then again...I can't remember how hard TT60 solo 1-1 was. I don't do that anymore. :S

    And as far as DPS pet, anything your level and not a herc will just get 1 shot even in solo mode.

    hmm, I think we spoke a little past each other there :) I don't mean to solo it now, and certainly not witha scorp. I would like to know what lvl it is possible to try to solo it though... 41 seems a bit low to me from what I hear, though I have never been there. 50-55 might be a possibility though... or?

    I did mean 1-1 solo, at least for starters.

    The scorp thing was a separat question though, I think it would perform better for dps when I am in squads that have a barb tank and my herc isn't needed for tanking.

    Yeah TT 1-1 solo could be done at 60 for sure. At 55...probably. Below 53...maybe. ;)

    As for scorp, flesh ream + bash is good for dps. b:bye

    With a herc I have no doubt you could do solo mode well before 60. As to what exact level...idk. A 60 golem will takes hits upwards of...1000 or so I think? Been a while. Do some comparisons of defenses and HP and you can figure out when a herc could do it.

    my herc currently has almost 2k hp, and according to ecatomb it will have 4.1k or so at lvl 90... shuold mean close to 3k around lvl 60, with the pet heal upgrade at 53+ I can hopefully explore a bit of the place.

    Flesh ream sounds good for the scorp, and bleeds seem to help with aggro to if I should need it.
