World map cut off

Part of the top of my world map is cut off.

    Use full screen mode instead of widescreen.

    Unfortunately, PWI's world map does NOT like widescreen displays, and will cut off the tops and bottom.

    The game is easier to play in a 4:3 ratio, in Windowed mode, especially if you don't like the world map being cut off.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    Two things

    1. taht IS full screen
    2. even if full screen was the solution I couldn't go to full screen cause of this problem. http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=253062

    I think Angelle meant to play it in a 4:3 ratio, as Darthpanda said, as opposed to a 16:9 widescreen ratio as you're using. Whether it's in fullscreen or windowed mode doesn't matter, since it's the resolution that's important.

    tried it in full screen with 4:3 ratio and it still messed up. ~_~

    same here, playing in 1680x1050 widescreen mode

    tried it without widescreen mode still cut off, lower resolution = bad graphics in full screen

    windowed mode with lower resolution sure, it'll work. but i keep openning different apps or switching to other inadvertantly.

    Is there any chance of a fix for widescreen resolutions anytime soon? kind of annoying having to change my resolution all the time just to see the map >.>;

    Reset the screen size to a 4:3 ratio. That means almost square looking, NOT rectangle.

    Exit the game. Restart, and relog.

    Try running Verify on the start menu and let it run its course.
