Help my Veno

I have gone though everything from the GM to Support they tell me to come here and the game guide. I have read everything here on pet but still no help, My veno still can't get the Pet stills Trainer Ho done still have the quest I go to her but nothing happens read everything she has but nothing on getting a pet plz help.b:angry

    The Trainer's Summon
    System Message upon reaching level 3. Venomancer only.
    1. Speak to Pet Skill Trainer Hu (257, 644)
    -Reward (Gold: 20)

    Your Pet
    Quest is available only after quest "The Trainer's Summon" is completed. Venomancer only.

    1. Speak to Pet Skill Trainer Hu (257, 644)
    -Option 1: Sharptooth Wolfling
    -Option 2: Varicose Scorpion

    If you picked option 1:
    -Collect a Wolfling Quest Certificate (Drops from Sharptooth Wolfling)

    If you picked option 2:
    -Collect a Scorpion Quest Certificate (Drops from Varicose Scorpion)

    Both are located in Dragon's Breath Valley, south of the City of the Lost

    2. Report to Pet Skill Trainer Hu (257, 644)
    Under option 1:
    -Receive a Sharptooth Wolfling Pet Egg, Heal Pet Book and Revive Pet Book

    Under option 2:
    -Receive a Varicose Scorpion Pet Egg, Heal Pet Book and Revive Pet Book


    Raising Your Pet
    Quest is available only after the quest "Your Pet" is completed. Venomancer only.

    1. Speak to Pet Skill Trainer Hu (257, 644)
    -Obtain 200 Spring Water

    Okay, so the way to put on your pet and use it. First, talk to the Pet Skill Trainer and select the option Hatch Pet Egg.
    Next, move your pet egg into the slot that appears. Hopefully you have enough money to hatch the egg.
    Now press the "P" button. You can either drag the picture of your pet to the hotbar and use that to call it out, or you can press the "call" button to do the same. Press "Stow" to get rid of the pet and put it back in it's egg.
    That's all!~ Enjoy your new pet

    If you followed those steps, at what point did you get stuck?

    I did go there but nothing happen no quest for my first pet or anything the quest is still there

    We cant see what is on your screen. You are going to need to be very clear and precise in your answers if you want anyone to be able to help. If you use "there" and "the quest" we have no idea what you mean.

    Start with this: What is the exact quest name in your quest tracker?
    (It has to be "The Trainer's Summon", "Your Pet" or "Raising Your Pet")

    If it is "Your Pet" then you need to go out and kill the pet you chose to get a Quest Certificate. Probably it would be a good idea for you to go kill one of each then look in your bag for a Certificate.

    I got the summons and went to the Pet Skills Trainer Hu (257,644) like they said and nothing happen it still tells me to go to Pet Skills Trainer Hu (257,664) I went though the whole list for thing she had and still nothing.

    It sounds like you just did not scroll down to the "quest" at the NPC, but please dont skip steps.

    Start with the basics and aswer this question first.

    there now and still nothing, no gold no quest certificate and I have killed one and still nothing.

    You still have the Trainer's Summons.

    You need to talk to the pet skill trainer (NOT the venomancer trainer standing right next to her) and scroll down to "quest" (you cant see the quest option, it is below the visible window since the pet trainer has so many options) and finish "The Trainer's Summons". She also has another quest about getting hay you may have selected accidentally when you talked to her before.

    If you dont see the trainer's summons in her quest list, then you have something to talk to a GM about. Do NOT go into a story about what didnt happen, just tell them you have the quest "The Trainer's Summons" and are talking to "Pet Skills Trainer Hu" but the option to complete the quest is not in her quest section. Anything else you say will likely just create confusion.

    Thats the best advice I can give you.

    I did that over her head it says Pet Skills Trainer HU I clicked on her and it says Hatch Pet, Revert Egg, About Pet, Trade List, and Tame pet. I looked in each one nothing about a quest of any kind. I even started another veno and she has the same problem and I have reported it that why I,m here.

    you have to scroll down, there are more options below "tame pet". the last one is "quest related", that
