"Lost And Found" Quest giving me Hell of a time

I need to get the Gunpowder recipe from a Charing Sable... I have gone though 25 in Silk ridge now and none have given me the item b:angry What gives? Why cant I get the stupid recipe? Somebody please tell me whats wrong with the stupid quest, I did every step right so far, so now whats the quests problem?

    I attacked about 12. The mission didn't list as complete but when I went back to the npc Feng it completed. The mission is bugged and I would like to know how to file a bug report.

    Im stuck in this quest too, i ve killed like 20 charing sable

    Sometimes droprates can be quite low. Just keep killing them till it drops.

    that's strange, because my squad and I got it on our first try. I guess we got lucky. ^_^

    I have been killing charring sable for three days now and cannot get the recipe. I think I will use the bug report link. Thank you.
