Hello guys:
I am lvl 11 archer who have lvl 1 skill in crafe, blacksmith, armor, and potion. By the way, how can I enhance those skills into lvl 2? any suggestion.
In the future, do i need those skills to make decent weapons or armor?
Please guide me because I am new to the game, and eng is my 2nd.
thanks,

you lvl the skills by crafting the corresponding items. it never hurts to have good apoth as it allows you to make special potion which are very useful(eg. chaos powder gives 2k hp over 30 secs) i suggest lvling apoth and tailor OR blacksmith cause as far as i no you get most craftsman stuff from quests.0

Please also read this [thread=225231]thread[/thread] on manufacturing skills.
There seems to be a bit of "Marmite" thing going on about manufacturing skills. Some people love them, others ignore them as useless.
You level them by manufacturing at least 10 items of the corresponding level and then go to an Elder to raise your manufacturing skill level. I think after level 4 there are some quests you need to do to raise further, but that's irrelevant for now.
Apothecary skill is pretty useful as you can manufacture MP and HP recovery potions that last quite a bit. Resources are also quite cheap.
Blacksmith skill is ace, cause you can manufacture 3star weapons with good damage and extra stats. Can get pretty expensive material wise especially at level 2 and up because you need to manufacture Copper beforehand which already uses "expensive" materials
Craftsman skill is nice for the same reasons as Blacksmith. Nice stated damage Rings, Necklaces and Belts. Expensive again on Materials. Also, you manufacture 4 items rather then just the one on the Blacksmithing skills, so it can become really expensive.
Tailor skill cool at the beginning as materials are easy to obtain. From level 2 onwards you're looking at 6 items of clothing to be crafted (read my entry in the above mentioned thread) which are very likely to turn out just as good as the one's you buy. Too expensive to maintain. Might become worthwhile once you're filthy rich, but then you're gonna be using TT and Legendary equipment anyway.
My two cent

But you need tailor if you want to be making TT and Legendary armor. And they count towards your next level requirements.0
