Atk Speed Cap ?

i am al evel 70 archer with a wind in the clouds. that gives me a attack speed of .77 i also have -.05 attack speed gloves equipped, i should have a attack speed of .82 but for some reason it is just at .80 is something bugged for me atm or is there a cap on attack speed ?

if there is a cap will apoth items still increase my speed if i am already at this cap ?

i really hope something is bugged because this kinda ruins how i wanted to build my character

    with a 0.77 hit/sec it means u make 1 attack every 1.299sec.
    -0.05 sec per hit, so it will be 1 hit every 1.249 sec which is 0.8hit/sec

    apperently fists BMs can get 5 atks/sec for short bursts

    They just do, I have a claw Bm and out of nowhere ipull out 5 attacks in 1-2 seconds o.o.
