TECH SUPPORT DIDNT HELP ME!!!!! PLZ HELP ME I SENT 2 TICKET already

i sent 2 tickets and did EXACTLYwhat they told me to do. then when i try to play the game still doesnt work. i sent a dxdiag to each of my tickets and they where both upgraded.


and heres what i did

first i tried verifying. nothing changed!

then i tried to upgrade nvidia. still getting bug report!

then i tried upgraded drivers video and mother drivers but nothing!!!

the report bug things pops up when i try to play. just now when i tried i got on and what did i find out. i got kicked out of the best guild i could get into!!!
this sucks!!!!!!!!!!

nothing works i think ill give up and play another free mmorpg. ill spend my money there instead of here. unless i get siomeone to help me today. someone plx help a software error keeps poping up in the middle of my game when i just log on im looking for other games while ill wait for a response.

    Jesus. You make a new thread every time you don't get a fix for whatever problem you have. It's annoying to be honest, and that font color makes it even worse. I'm surprised Customer Service has patience. >_>;

    Anyway, don't know the exact problem you have but if you're willing to, back-up your important stuff (homework, music, pictures, etc) and re-format your harddrive since nothing else seems to work. <shrug>

    Or, you can try to download CCleaner and run that and see if it helps any.
