Short question about quest reward weapons

It says "unrefined" in blue when you move your cursor on it.
1.Can you repair like going to a blacksmith?
2.Do I need a mirage stone to repair it?

    An example is the glowing blue weapon from fb 19.

    1. Yes, you can repair it at any NPC with a repair option.
    2. No, mirage celestones are only for refining weapons, which you can't do to the FB19 reward weapon. Repairing only costs coins.
