all hair color BLACK!!

hi,
i think , something is wrong with my setting.
i see all hair color is black in my screen.
even they have their hair color.
if i click someone, it show the color in the Face Icon.
but in outside it's all black (only hair).
help me please.

    Under game settings go to UI, then check-mark the option that states "Customizations".

    Do you have your "best player" feature turned on?
    This eliminates all individual character customizations into generic figures, thus changing all hair colours black unless you click on the character to view their icon.
    Signatures are for fat, weak, obnoxious little doodyheads who sit on forums all day and think that the collection of pixels at the bottom of their typed idiocies properly perpetuates the minute details of their personalities to fellow forum-ers.
