Before this last patch my monitor has never blinked black once. But now as I was farming for Materails and my screen started blinking for no reason. I know its not my Laptop because I tryed playing Warcraft III and it doesn't happen. It don't happen anywhere else but in PW. Even the Updater where the game starts does it.

mm i'm not a big fan of radeon
i'm also not too familiar with the software

    but to start
make sure you have the latest java flash and shockwave players downloaded
as well as the latest DirectX driver

and you shoudl be able to download the latest drivers for radeon here

however i looked ti over a bit and i couldn't find the 3200 series

could you tell me the OS and computer your using?

Vista 64-bit. I don't have a choice for Video Cards or I would have went with Nividia. I updated Drivers and its still doing it.

    Its an HP Pavilion dv7

Plus ths 3200 Series is right here:
    http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx
And I reinstalled the driver and its still doing it.

hmm... and you say it's been doign it since the last patch right?

well try turning your graphic settings in the game down a little
and also if you have any background programs running that you don't really need
like for example quicktime or veoh webplayer or any widgets you might have
    turn them off
that might help but if it doesn't
i'm not sure what to tell you

i haven't really dealt with a problem like this before

    i'm sorry :/
