I was looking to get some info on makeing the best pvp archer.

What skills should be maxed?
What type of armor should you have on?
Bow or x bow?
What abilitys should your armor and weps have?
Should you just max out dex and have min str for items?
Fastest way to level?
Should I stay under 30 so I can loot?
Best aoe skills?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    So far I found out:
    1 stregth
    4 Dex
    Every level

    Bow Mastery (Max)
    Blazing Arrow (Max)
    Winged Blessing (Max)
    Frost Arrow (Max)
    Stunning Arrow (Max)
    Aim Low (Pace)
    Winged Shell (Max)
    Wings of Protection (Pace)
    Thunderous Blast ( Pace) Target-centered ranged metal aoe
    Sharpened Tooth Arrow (Max)
    Barrage of Arrows (Max)

    (+Physical Attack) should be used for weapon sockets.
    Get armor with +hp
    Light armour
    xbow for pvp

    Light armour, xbow for pvp, citrine shards for HP aaand lightning skills. Looks like you got it all.

    My frost arrow was at level 1 until I hit level 89. Aim low should be maxed asap. wings of protection need to be maxed when possible. Barrage shouldn't be maxed unless you don't plan to zhen... EVER.

    Frost arrow you can max or not by personal preference. Unlike knockback, the effect does get better as you level it but the mp cost will also increase. Most use this as an opener constantly so saving mp cost might be a good idea.

    That being said I dropped the skill entirely while grinding in the 80s due to chi cost (which I consider more expensive than mp). Nowdays in normal grinding I pretty much just use knockback, stun, and demon spark eruption along with aoe / metal skills when the situation warrants it.

    u need high lvl to have some fun in pvp and learn what mean Pvp vs each class
    They can run...but they cant hide!!!b:laugh

    looks like if you were going to use a lot of skills that take mp you would be sage. Other skills that do more damage demom would be the way to go is this true?

    Sage gives mana gain %
    Demon gives more damage %

    Demon Archers are better at focused bursts on one target.


    Sage Archers are better at consistent damage over an indenfinite interval of time.


    So its just a matter of preference, do you like to be one of those who just stay with the pack? Or do you like to be one of those who just pops in to lay waste to someone then run away as soon as they're dead?

    What skills should be maxed?
    Metal skills - maxed, stunning arrow and aim low - maxed, winged shell- maxed, wings of grace, take aim or deadly strike (I hardly ever use them in 1 v 1 pvp but in TWs they rock), blazing arrow, your passive skills and...maybe there are more skills but can't remember now.

    What type of armor should you have on?
    Light.
    Bow or x bow?
    To me - xbow is the best pvp wep. Bow is good as well, but the slingshot is a PVE wep.
    What abilitys should your armor and weps have?
    I prefer hp and / or resistance for gears...your wep - crit.
    Should you just max out dex and have min str for items?
    4 dex/ 1 str per lvl.
    Fastest way to level?
    1-40 - questing. 40 + start grinding on air mobs.

    Air mobs give significantly more exp than other mobs their level (and even 3 levels above), and have great drops too.

    Why after level 40+ mobs are better then quests?

    at 40+ u dont get alot of quests so u have to grind alotb:victory

    how do you guys grind well on air mobs? i hate them because i always get mobbed by them. Maybe cause i have poor depth perception or something. b:sad

    Make sure you dont grind poisonous mobs, its not healthy for archer XD No purify ( cleric skill) and you will spent a lot of money for hp pots or charms.
