fix my weapon

I am lvl 9 archer, and my bow will be broken soon. How can I recover all enhance points? I have tried blacksmith and tailor, and they do not have those options. please help me.

    To repair an item, theres a repair button on the bottom right of the box that pops up when you talk to merchants, blacksmith, tailors, and other npcs like that.

    Click on trade list, that'll bring up the window with the repair button
