Lose of money and item when shopping twice :(

A couple weeks ago I bought 5 Focus Powder from a cat shop on Ashieka to see how it worked and when I reopened my inventory I didn't have them, yet it took my money. Ok, so I thought maybe I didn't really click buy, or someone bought them first and I didn't get them, but it still took my money! I let this slide, because I hate to complain, but it just happened again!

I just bought an Average Ruby Shard from the Auction House on Sheburn and I didn't get it, yet it took my money! I am sorry to complain, but I just don't get enough coins to through away like that.

Has this happened to anyone else? Did I do something wrong that made it do this? b:cry

    Ok I sold a bunch of stuff and bought one from the NPC and used it. Was afk for a bit and when I came back noticed that I had finally gotten the item.

    But I still lost coins on the Focus Powder. I'm not sure how to submit a ticket. If this happens again I will do that, and I will wait a bit before complaining. sorry
