unable to learn lev 79 skills please help

i'm lev 80 blademaster have done all fb79 & culty quests and handed in it shows i have aware of vacuity 2.7mill spirit and the new lev 79 skills are not shown in the learn skills part at all ( not even shaded out).

is this a error as a archer in my faction has done the same and his skills don't show either.

    P.S. And just look at my lvl, I don't know anything about lv 79 stuff

    you need skillbook crafted in 1k streams/old heavens tear from 20 apocalypse pages and i think 10 medium inks (105k each) per skill

    everyting tells me is completed it shows i have the culty for them,
    as i say they don't even show in the skills list shaded out as others have when i needed to finish culty quests

    Thehate - for the lev79 skills ??? i thought thats only higher one's

    in order to get your 79 skills, you need to get 20 apocalypse pages (drops from TT1-3 and TT2-2, as well as other places) and 10 Inks, which you can buy, you then goto 1k streams, create a skillbook at the forges there, and that will allow you to learn the skill

    We could all learn a lot from crayons, some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names (like chartreuse), and all are different colors....BUT they ALL exist very nicely in the same box!

    For level 79 skills you have to make the books using the 20 apoc pages and 10 inks for Demon and Heaven skills you have to find the books from mobs. When you have the book go back to the blademaster and it will appear in the list.
