Flying at lvl 27 ?

Hi i am a bit new to this game so i may ask a stupid question :). I am lvl 27 barbarian and i am on a blue quest ( really the longest quest chain i have seen in this game so far ) the bad part is that i dont remember its starting name. All i know is that now its name is "Hidden Orchid" and i need to go to 470 570 and speak with "Celestial Ancient" i am on that location now but the NPC seems to be on something like a flying island above me. The problem is that i am lvl 27 and still dont have flying mount. Any idea how can i reach him ?

    the only way to do this quest is getting your flying mount at lvl 30 because that "celestial ancient" is in a floating city near silver pool called heavens tear, so you have to wait to complete the quest. But if you are a female, some1 (lvl30+) can embarace you and take you there.

    You won't be able to get to Heavens Tear until u get to lvl 30 because if you aren't a winged elf and you aren't a female character then u have to fly yourself there at lvl 30. Thats when I did then u have to kill a lvl 35 boss with two lvl 30 helpers.
