if you get an account suspension, they just send you an e-mail with out any information about why you were suspended or for how long.
all you get is this lame notice
Your account, ******, has been temporarily suspended for violating the Terms of Service. For specific details regarding this suspension, please contact Perfect World Entertainment's Customer Service Group via the ticketing system that can be found here: http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing
The Terms of Service in its entirety can be referenced here: http://www.perfectworld.com/policy/tos
Failure to comply with the Terms of Service will ultimately lead to permanent account suspension.

You are then forced to go to the support page and put in a ticket to learn why they suspended you instead of that information being placed in the notice of suspension e-mail in the first place.
PWI, this method is over complicated and places an un-needed burden on your customer service ticketing system. When you place an account suspension on someone that information should look like this...
Your account, ****** , has been temporarily suspended for XXX days for the following reasons: Harassment, foul language and interfereing with others legitamte gameplay.
If you feel this suspension is unjustified and wish to contest it please contact Perfect World Entertainment's Customer Service Group via the ticketing system that can be found here: http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing

This is how a proper notice of suspension should be worded, not the failure notice that you send that has no reasons given at all except to say that you have been suspended, go here and slow our ticketing service down even more by asking us why because we didn't provide that information in the first place.
I know why I was suspended and am not complaining about it. I think that you should have provided the duration and reasons in your notice rather than requiring a ticket to be submitted just to get that information.

I know what I was suspended for. But that information and the duration of the suspension should have been in the notice of suspension. It would save on the customer support load a little bit.0 -

its wayyyyyyyy to vague to actually accurately understand it
its just like youtube's tos0 -
Most people who get suspended (I know, not all of them do) know why they were suspended, or they can make a very close guess.
My guess is that it's easier on CS to simply send out a generic email, and then fill the player in should they care to contact CS via the ticketing system.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

DarkPuca - Lost City wrote: »yes this is likely true but the lack of a duration is what is so troublesome. They should tell you for how long your suspended with out you having to send in a ticket.
At least it started when they suspended you and not after you contacted them and verified information.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

DarkPuca - Lost City wrote: »Not knowing for how long is dumb. Was I suspended for a day? 3 days? a week? a month? That is information they should have provided in the initial suspension notice. I should not have to wait for them to get around to answering my ticket to tell me how long I was suspended for because that should have been one of the first things they told me.
I'M JUST SAYING IT COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE. b:angry[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
And..... we're done. If you want to know how long your account has been suspended for you should.. yep.. you guessed it! Submit a ticket. b:victory朱健诚
