Eldergoth Marksmen--Urgent!

I need to know if Eldergoth Marksmen could replace my Crystalline or if they are good or not,,, Thanks..

    There are a couple ranged bosses it could probably tank, but replace a melee tank? No

    Depends on how much you want to heal it I think. I have one and it does alright in general grinding at keeping agro if I'm in a pinch, but have to pay attention to is HP since its not anywhere near as good as my magmite or crab tanking wise.

    It does pull well though with its skills clicked off. I still like the cactopod best for pulling due to is faster speed and being smaller on my wide laptop screen. Just a matter of preference, both work well for the job :)

    it does have decent damage stat so you can consider using it as a "grind" pet

    Well, I don't reccomend Golems, you could replace it with a Undine (NOT SEA UNDINES) cos I heard they tank better. Or you can spend 200 freaking dollars for a Herc... Yes they are good but the price... WHAT THE...

    I have both magmite and marksmen, magmite tanks much better then marksmen. but marksmen is a much better when it comes to lure.

    I have an eldergoth marksman, and I love him <3 I can do all my regular grinding/quests with him, and I've tanked an entire FB19 with him(at level 41), so I think he's a great puller/tank. But if you do have a crystalline magmite already, don't bother getting one, since it'll probably be better.
