Would somebody know where to find Yi chinglin' S Ghost? please...

    I was going to make a small map to show you where but just go northwest from The Elder in Plume City and you should find it flying near a boat.

    If you know how to use the coordinate system then just use these coordinates: 313 436

    those coords place the ghost inside the city and i see no boat.

    I finally found her, but how do I kill her? I've lvl 15 she's lvl 14, she's killed me four times already. I'm using everything I've got, a 20 second shield, my cyclone lvl 3 my plume shot lvl 3 vanguard or what ever it's called, lvl 2 and she still kills me. What do I do. I'm on the ground and she's in the air.

    You'll have to learn to use squads (parties.. I hate squads xD ) to complete some quests (manly bosses and instance dungeons A.K.A. fb). Might as well start now ^^

    so in other words, I have to be in a squad to kill her. So how do I get the soul, if there are several people in the squad after the same thing I'm after?

    I hate squads, I've always been cheated and I don't like that. As is I'm having enough problems with people KS.

    I guess this will be one quest I just drop.

    If they are in your squad, it isn't really a KS since you share exp. Depending on the drop setups, drops are either free for all or randomly shared as well. For actually quest drops, if you are in a squad, everyone that needs that quest will get it when Yi Chinglin is killed.

    I've been ask to join several squads, but they're always random and I've turned them down.

    Can you kill the ghost by yourself if you're several lvl's above her? My cleric is now lvl 17. almost 18?

    It is possible to kill Yi Chiang Lin soul solo since i did it before at lvl 15 or so.
    What you need is ironheart blessings. Max it as high as you level allows.
    What you do is...
    Go near her but do not engage
    Stack like4-5 ironheart. Attack with plume shot3-4 times
    Repeat stacking ironheart. maybe 2-3 of it
    Attack and repeat til she dies.

    Remember to engage her while flying.

    For venos its even easier: i can kill her in 2 - 4 hits :)

    it's where everyone said it was. it was hard! i'm lvl 18 EA and i needed to pair up w/a cleric to finish this quest. there's nothing wrong w/squading w/people, in fact, u can get really good combos (e.g. archer and cleric, dps and healer). besides, who cares if someone swipes your loot? monsters drop really good stuff no matter what quest you're doing (some of the stuff u don't need or can't use anyway...).

    in short, there's nothing wrong w/squading in this game. most people are very curtious and polite...unlike most other mmo's i've played...

    That and, the developers did a fairly good job on this. The outdoor bosses usually don't drop anything really worth keeping and the exp is nothing fantastic either. All the good stuff (Exp, items, etc.) come from the quest completion so they're encouraging you to party up and get out there meeting people in the game :)

    After killing her you'll have to kill two more monsters in Dreaming stronghold so be careful!

    It's flying above the boat in Plume. Wait some time, maybe it just got killed.

    You can also solo-kill it by using Life Powder (made with the apothecary).

    Learning to play with others is an asset to this game, and will make a lot of things a whole lot easier.

    I killed it with my cousin, she's a cleric, I'm an archer
    Simply get Vanguard Spirit from the cleric use your Blazing Arrow and Winged Shield at the beginning of the battle, use Take Aim as an opener, and Frost arrow + quickshot all the time, the cleric must be healing you all the time, we deafeted her really easy actually, we were Lv. 14

    It was easy killing yi chinglin's soul.I killed it by myself lvl 14 cleric.Use wellspring surge for healing since it heals you faster and get some mp potions.I use only plume shot,lvl 3 and kept on attacing her with it untill she dies
