Pretty sure the answer is no, since the different licensees of PW are geolimited, and China is the source country for PW.
If you bored out of the firewall and connected to PWI via a proxy you would probably be fine, but I'm not sure the latency would be low enough to do anything productive.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
