Hi Braggo,
I will keep in mind that you are lev 1 and i won't go very deep in the skill build, just about your first 30 levels. This means that the skills i discuss are more about farming than PK-ing.
The skills that you should max as an archer are like this :
-Blazing arrow = adds exponential fire damage and it will grow into a lot very soon
-Wingged Blessing = adds distance; the farther you are from your target, the better and safer.
-Bow Mastery = pretty obvious-> adds exponential damage which grows into a considerable amount
-Wingged Shell = reduces the damage you take when the enemy is attacking you. There are some discussion about maxing this one, but i say it is very useful (early is useful as you will get hit, later is useful for the mana regeneration and defense)
Very important is to have a level 1
-Frost Arrow = it is a good opener as it slows down your target. You will use it a lot so don't take it to more than level 1 maybe 2, because it will spend some MP and will force you into using potions.
-Knockback Arrow = is vital, because it will push your enemies 12 meters back.
-Lighting Strike = it has no melee penalty so it is good when mobs get close to you. Take it to level 3 or so, but not too much, because you will get Thunder Shock at level 29 which is a bit better and stronger. You will use this skills a lot in PvP against heavy armor players.
-Take Aim is also necessary, but that skill you already have so i won't discuss on it. Useful in the beginning, but don't take it to more than lev 2 for now. The same goes for Quickshot.
I would advise you to read the archer build sticky and try to extract from there what suits you and your play style/ play needs after reading this post.

EDIT : when i said "farming" at the beginning of the post, I was referring to PvE in general actually, not to farming = as in grinding![SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

i really dont aggree w you on frost arrow. it's a must to max: deals more damage as lvled, and more importantly: @lvl1, the slow last 3.2 sec, @lvl10, it lasts 5 sec. And its a cheap skill to learn, and a perfect opener. The mp cost @lvl10 is 84, which is far from expensive.
max stunning arrow too, it really makes life easier!
personally, im a ligthning fan, i would max out both skills ^^0 -

Well Ezzi, you got your point on the 84MP which is not expensive. It really isn't, and so far i have seen some debates on maxing it or not. So, the opinions on this one are two ways.
But what is more important is that before level 30 you have a pretty low MP regen (i assume you have some regen items at lev 60+ and it is easier) and it's tricky to keep mana just from wingged shell on this level, especially when low level archers do get hit from mobs and wingged shell doesn't last those 20 seconds :P[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
frost arrow should be maxed for your lvl
it's an amazing opener, since as you lvl it, the time of slow increases. at the same time, the skill isn't expensive.
also, the mp cost isn't a problem, as you can easily get over that by asking cleric buffs. with the increase hp and mp regen, your mp will almost always be over 90%0 -
If you follow Annor's guide, your base mana regen rate will never improve.
You can recover some mana through winged shell, through gear, through cleric buffs and through consumables. But everyone has their own way of dealing with their mana costs. Leaving some skills on level 1 will help here -- level 1 skills tend to not be too tiring -- but will also reduce your overall damage potential.0
