Vit cap for max Axe BM?

Hello everyone, I'm a Level 31 BM going with the Axe build.

I've read all the guides and none really said what I should cap my Vit at?
My stats are a little messy at the moment, because I didn't really learn about builds until I was level 25, but I am buying a few reset scrolls today. As of now my stats are...
*my stats without buffs or armor increases*
Str: 100 -
Vit: 30 -
Dex: 30 - lowering for now, too high for the axes I need.
Mag: 5 - lowering to 3 of course :)

It would be great if some of you could give me some suggestions on what to dump my points into. Thanks in advance to all for taking the time to read my concerns. :)

    Nahh that pretty much told me what I needed to know, I'm just going to cap vit at 50, thanks alot :)

    I don't suggest lowering your dex. But hey thats just my opinion. I capped my Vitality at 36. I will put some more points into vitality soon...not yet though. b:pleased I'm level 61

    This is the first thread I've looked at where the low levelled BM asking for help, doesn't have like 50 magic. We got a genius in the making!

    Capping your Vit at 50 O.o??? thts rediculous for an axe bm...by the time your 60 going towards 70 you should try to have your vit well near 80....axe bms should have a min. vit of 70 to 75 for AoE grinding..and the high vit really helps in PvP...if you do cap your vit at 50 you turned yourself into a single targe axe bm which is the total opposite of their purpose....i HIGHLY reccomend capping your vit at 75 and then judging if you need more...but 50 is just too low..

    I guess, the only one who knows if he actually needs more, its ultimately him.

    I have vit on 3 and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Though, it requires lots of efforts from my part to make it work, the benefits of putting points on the most usefull areas for BM (STR/DEX) are really good. I still get the job done PVE wise.

    I'm still learning PVP and until I learn how to counter other classes I don't know if I need more.

    However, in most of those threads, guys recomend vit at 50. Which I think should be enough to endure your errors.

    Yeah, something i didnt look into before i posted was accessory buffs...I didnt realize to lil after i posted how important dex was as well..So maybe 50 vit is good enough for an axe bm until your dex is fairly high.(ultimately 85ish or up depnding on you for PvP, and 70-75 for PvE)..And then with that said you just buy accessories like necks,robes,helmets,belts etc..with vit bonuses on them...and try to get sockets in them and go at least avg HP Shards...so all together what i should have said is that 85 vit is an ultimate goal of yours mainly WITH the HP buffs of vitality bonuses/hp shards on your gears.

    i sugest vit build for the win i have dex too not much geared im at 96 dex 148 vit i hardly die dex builds are best if u are a huge +8 cashshop even rhen id go vit harder to kill means more chance to get close to your opp dex builds an archer crits u die same with a mage

    Most of these talk about vit cap for PVP, what about for PVE? What should i cap vit at and where should the rest of the points go after?

    exaggerate much? no newbies add mag point.... not genius, just using his logic that a melee class dont need magic points

    in my opp. vit is a pve build so i ad a lil dex for crit and acc but not much. but in a sence what is a bm? he is a stunner. what is the point of a bm if he cant reach his opp. so if u have low hp u are fish food for a ranged class u may crit more with dex but if u a not a fail bm u can stun your opp long enough to kill him. for pve build go full vit alows u to tank more mobs. i put points into dex so ima mix in between but my dex is only 96 wil rase it to 99 for hh 90 and keep rest in str for axes and vit ill use ly rings to have acc. this alows me to reach my opp and stun lock him.

    If you add points on vit what do you get in reality? 10 or 15HP per point?

    Less assume you get 20 hp per point. You have vit on 60. So you get about 1200 HP. I don't see how that helps someone.

    I know you get defence bonuses too but I don't see the great benefits.


    I think hitting harder (STR*) and more acurate (DEX**) will get the best on your BM. This will allow you to use a myriad of weapons and gear in the BM tree that you b:shocked people when they see you (at least it happens with meb:laugh)

    *I think you get some minor HP points and some bonus defence from STR.
    **You get some evasion too, so you might be hit less.

    well str dose nothing for a bm and yes dex adds acc and crit. but y have a low hp build what good dose a crit do if u cant reach the archer veno or mage attacking u and going with a vrity of weps un less your a cash shop u will run out of sp or cash

    Truely it is your personal play style that will dictate how much vit you should have. I have 3 base vit and for pve I don't need anymore. When I'm aoe grinding I never get close to dieing and when it comes to bosses I haven't found one that I can't tank but I high vit BM can. Normally if a boss hits that hard then you need a barb for the job.

    PvP is difficult with low hp because you do die fast to mage classes/archers. But it doesn't mean that more hp is better, it's just easier imo.

    Personally I like my build, and I like not having a misty forest ring be a must for pvp. But I don't just use axes. I use all 4 weapons and switch to what's needed for the situation. We are blademasters after all, not axemasters.

    yea i agree with that if your not an axe build but this is ax warrior thread so in my opp you should play your class vit = live longer to stun drop dragons etc etc.. dex = acc and crit but easy fixed with ly and crit gear or what not
