Hey Forum,
im asking about Frozen Arrow

the thing is i left mine at 5. and im not sure if i should lvl it up more.. i use it somtimes in PVE, but i use Aim low and stunning arrow fairly alot now, but it might be handy in TW and Pking for runners. atm it costs 43 mana to cast it and its a 4 second slow down.

    i left mine at lv5 as well, but because i dont want to waste more sp on it.
    i'd rather lv up stunning arrow, and the two passive skills.

    I leveled mine to 10 as soon as I could. It's good for getting a few extra normal hits in, and up until level 88 (when I got windcatcher xbow), it was my opening skill for 95% of all mobs.

    I left mine at lvl 5 until lvl 80 or so to try to save mp. Later on I began favoring getting xp faster over trying to save mp or hp and dropped it entirely from grind to save the chi for spark eruption. Now I pretty much just use stun knockback and eruption.

    I've got it at level 10.. With Wind & Clouds, frost arrow as an opener will have mobs 2-3 levels above dead before hitting me.
