I've just started a 2nd wizard and following the Wizard's Guide for Newcomers when

When Should I add a point or two to my wizard's vitality? I'm doing the light armor build where every level I'm gonna be putting 3 points to magic 1 point to dexterity and 1 point to strength. I just started and at lvl 2.

    Visit pandoras wizard guide, he gives detailed explanation on la build mage, and LA mage isnt suppose to add points in vit

    As Orenji said, a typical LA build simply has no wiggle room to add vit. You need that 3/1/1 just to keep up with the equips of your level.

    Hybrid will wear arcane armor. Add 6 mag 1 str every 2 levels and then decide if you are putting those 3 left over points into vit or mag. I personally don't know many wizards who go down this path, and most will tell you vit isn't really worth it.

    No vit for you, LA Wizards can't efford to put points on vit, so just a tip: try and have on all your items hp bonuses and you'll never have problems with hp.

    It's true. it can be hard pre-78, because thats when you get wrists and top molders, but if you just find anything in auction house with all 5 resists and +hp, buy it. Rings and necklaces and belts as well.

    Ok kewl, I'll do that. I look forward to when I'm a higher lvl wizard, as this class is a bit hard, as its easy to get killed, but I do find being a wizard rewarding, it just takes time till I can really start to kick some @ss
