    Im not sure if its how she does it, but you can create that effect using gradients. Just adjust the gradient a few degrees per frame.

    It might also be a overlay(solid, texture, brush, etc) layer that she is adjusting the opacity on. Same thing as before you just adjust the % a bit per frame.

    Both can create the effect.

    Hey Forsakenx,Would like to know if U cou8ld make a signiture picture for a BM that uses Axe's, Would like my name in like a graffiti context or gothic style lettering with a mixture of blood red and dark glowing green into it =D

    I really liked the letters and colors used on B_O_N_D's sig on page 20.
    So thats kinda what I want if its not a problem.

    I just want HellSlayer on it with either these to pics of my character on each side:

    Hey everyone, sorry I took a break from the game and studied my little **** off for my SATs, I have been out of school so long, I had to bust some butt to make it re-click in my head. I just got the tests done and will be back in a bit, trying to get back in the swing of not studying! But I will get some sigs made in the next few days =)

    As Cat said, I actually just make the different layers and adjust the opacity quite a bit on each frame, it is very random, one frame will be 20% the next will be 75%. And normally I only make 5 frames per sig so it's not too big.

    Size limit for the forums is 195k. The animated one is close to 300k. She probably saved that one and when tried to use it the forums automatically adjust it down to the size they accept. Affecting the quality and stopping the animation.
