i have windows vista and every time i press start on the little perfect world thing to lunch the game there this little gibberish thing that pops up and has a whole bunch of symbols and stuff kinda like this !@##@#$#%%$^%^$%&%^&$ and i dont know what to do because i really wanna play this game

so please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????????????????????

    yeah...I tried all that and I am still getting the same error of angry squigilies and what not >.<;;;;

    Could you please provide us the following fields from a DXdiag :
    System Tab - System Information box -
    Operating System :
    Processor :
    Memory :

    Display Tab - device box -
    Name:
    Chip Type:

    Display Tab - driver box -
    Date:

    To open a dxdiag :
    In Vista, type dxdiag in the Start menu search bar
    In other versions of Windows, type dxdiag in the Run command (Start > Run)

    yeah...i tried doing all of that and the same thing is happening to me. I have windows XP SP2 and i sent in a ticket already with my dxdiag information, and i have tried installing the language packs from my windows XP disc, i'm running out of options, and it just refuses to work. If it helps, i have already reinstalled the client twice. I get to the login screen and click 'start' and then the message pops up with a bunch of strange characters, i have a screenshot of it if that would help.
