Strange Symbol Error in start up. 'iIo 00ooO?? -- Interesting bug.

Well, yesterday i updated to version 102. Waited for it to finish its w/e and clicked start. Everything was going to fine, the curser was rotating and doing its thing, But to my dismay it brought me back to my desktop. Then it displayed an error thats hard to under stand. Its like when you have a mac and you hold CTRL and press buttons, it does the symbols. This is those symbols. The error title is 'iIo. But with sqigily on top of them. Then is says
1/4i000ooo000ooo And abunch of random stuff. Does anybody Know how to fix this??
