Help! P.W. client issue!

Alrighty, I used to never have problems playing this game, but for a while I quit the game, wont say why because I believe its against the rules to chat about other games. But anyways, Now I quit a couple weeks before the Lost Empire expansion came out, and I bought a new cpu, now Vista, I've ran the Perfect World Client as Administrator, And set compatibility to XP, But still, My account cannot connect to server And I know for a Fact that I played on the Lost City Server. I know my account also is still activated and not deleted because I logged into it on the perfectworld website, Someone please tell me what is up w/ dis.

    uh, Which ones do I have to update? I updated my Video card, Updated java, updated windows media, updated my anti-virus. I think im missing some, But please reply, like today...I've been waiting to play this game since I bought this comp like a month ago...

    Tickets to Tech Support are answered in the order that they are received. So for example, if there are a few hundred people in front of you, as the oldest tickets get answered, yours will get closer to being answered.

    Yes, I submitted both of those attatched, Logged in under my username Boogyshadow, correct password, Sent in a screenshot of the error message and everything Submitted a ticket sat. they answered me and told me to log in using my username and not my nickname >.> I wanted to send them a flame mail but I held back. I tried logging in thinking maybe it was my account that was the problem, but still got the error so i tried logging into my cousins account and got the SAME error, So here I am like .... what the ... kay?

    Make sure that you don't have CAPS LOCK turned on when logging in, or Number lock if you have a laptop.

    For logging in/account issues, contact CS and tell them your issues.

    Firstly, Not to sound like a ****...But...You just told me to do the exact same thing 2 times, yet I actually told you what i've done and tried to get a reasonable explanation..

    My problem was, (for some wierd reason) I have to have numlock off to log in, Wierd in my opinion as I think someone said thats a laptop problem only >.>;

    I hear from people who use peer guardian that PWI won't let you connect with it on. Also don't go updating all your drivers unless it's really necessary. Could cause more problems later on.

    Depends on the hardware and drivers that you are updating.

    Most of the time updating drivers works the best, because many bugs that existed in previous builds of that driver get fixed.
