faction help!!!

How does one go about starting a faction in PWI? im looking to start one for my friends and i to be in. any help is greatly appreciated!b:pleased

    Get to lvl 20+, collect 100k coins, make a full squad with your friends (6 squad members) and talk to Faction Supervisor in Archosaur (585, 665)
