Where to grind?!

Hey guys, it's me, Likairie, of PW Sanctuary.
A few days ago I hit 40. Which means, I hit those grind your brain to death levels, YAAAY
So at the moment, I'm wondering where I should grind. I want to be making a decent amount of exp, and atleast semi-okayish money. Anybody have any ideas? tytyty.
(I'm a level 43 Nuker)
And my pets are, level 43 Pinnaer Foxwing
And a level 41 Eldergoth Marksman.
