Problem With Item "Bracer of Blood Moon"

It could be a glitch in the game, or something i am unaware about.

Saw this coming when you asked about the bracers.

INTERVAL BETWEEN HITS -0.10 <-- see this? It says INTERVAL.

xbow fires 0.62 of a shot in 1 second meaning it takes 1.61 seconds to fire a full normal shot. 1.61-0.1s = 1.51s, inverting that means 0.66.

note: all numbers are to 2sf and the final result of "0.66" isn't actually 0.660... but it still doesn't come close to being rounded up to 0.67. So consider yourself lucky to get those rounded up to 0.67shot/s

Yes they are. Speed makes a lot of difference and I'd keep those bracers 'til I can get another one that gives either a lot of dex, hp or -interval.

-interval is regarded as a godly modifier for an archer (mostly PvE) as there have been no (known) limitations as of yet and grinding generally means lots of normal shots. Another nice modifier is -channeling (for spell casters mainly) however is limited because a spell requires channeling and cast so it's only effective to a certain point (the infamous chan vs crit debate).

Also even if I had that money, I would save up to the 80s and 90s where gears tend to stick with you for months, even a year.

Throw in the rank 4 armor and you have a killer grinder! -0.25s interval = win.

armor of the assassin i believe, u need 5k rep to get rank 4, then u can buy the armor for 50k from an npc in dreamweaver port.
