Video Crash

Here is the meat and potatoes of the DXDIAG I ran. The crash starts off as a color/texture displacement then a total loss of all video. The only way to get back is to reboot. I have the latest Nvidia driver available.

I'll make this brief, all my drivers are up to date. Still crashes.
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:

Tuhlean, try cutting out the "tm" symbol where it says Windows Vista and then post it again.
EDIT: Also, try this solution and see if it works for you: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/949214==/Senior QA Lead/==

Seems the solution you suggested is working great, thanks. Also I rolled the video driver back to the previous older driver. Haven't crashed so far since doing that. I'm guessing Nvidia finds it hard to make things work good.0 -
