Any Quest For Reset Note?

I wanna make sure if dis is possible. I know theres a quest that u kan get makeover scroll but is there any way to get reset note from any quest at any point of the game? If there is please let me know and thanks.

    I don't believe there is quest that does that.
    Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    Oh man that sucks but people sell them in shops right other then having to buy with coins?And if they do how much could it cost?
