it's the high end mats like Extruded coal. Don't remember the names realy, but its 4 highes coal, 4Highest steal, 4 highest wood, 4 highest stone.

But if you just doing the Frostocowered city qwest with curdaves no need to make 1. just chose the option open door on the pilar and it lets you in without havng 1. I have uneded used 1 of those before i foud that out.

and all second doors open after kiling the area guarding mob.
