BM help please.

Im very new to this game, actually its still downloading=P. It seems that blademasters are a good damage-doing class, and i was wondering whats the best race for it? what race will give me damage benefits n such?

    The only race that can be BMs are Humans, now if yer asking for what weapon to use, it's axes.

    i've heard polearm for 1v1 sort of situations, an what i'm lookin forward to if my bm ever makes it that far (lol) is the almost constant AOE thats possible after getting a skill thats available at.. lv49 i think?
    i'm pro all classes, and against none in particular..
    but the age old QQ about venos is just that. OLD.

    for constant aoe grinding you will have to use axe
    you can't really aoe train effectively until mid 60s (from what i've heard)
    however you can start killing stuff in small groups starting from 49

    Note: polearm is not for 1v1, that is sword/blade. polearm is linear aoe.

    I am not sure, but if the OP is asking the best damage dealing class, then its not Bm's, That would be more along the lines of a archer or a Wizzy. A Bm's is more of a in the middle class, we are not highest damage dealing and we are not tanks. More of an all around toon, can do a few things good but not the best at anything.

    And I agree, if you want to AOE, go axes, they are radial AOE's, Poles are only linear, Swords for 1v1.

    I am primarily a sword Bm. But I am building my Axe skills now in order to AOE.
