your question is not quite clear
the natural wings dont get upgraded, ill assume you mean with the passive they go +2.0 (from 5.0)
normal archer walking is 5.2 i believe which is modified by equipment and your speed buff
you fly faster by getting wings from cash shop, upgrading them, and using accelerate (which is expensive to use)

An archer Moves at 5.2,6.0 with buff u get a l8r lvl,the Natural Elven wings Move at 0.0 to start with but as u upgrade them its goes up 0.2 each lvl,10 lvl = 2.0
Personally i would advice u not to lvl that skill and buy better wings as they comsume MP till ur Mp regen rate is higher which i dont think it will b as archer should add magic points

Natural elven wings + maxed flight mastery gets you a flight speed of 7.0 m/sec. Good if you don't plan on getting cash shop wings or using the level 30 eagle wings.

Not really worth it otherwise, though if you have the spare coin/spirit at the time it's totally up to you.

My archer is in the 30s now and still using the natural elven wings. The reasons are several, but simple:

1.) the eagle wings look ugly imo.

2.) the natural elven wings can reach a base speed of +2.0 with the skill, which is the equivalent of the Wings of Daedelus from the Boutique. They can't be upgraded at all, and can't accelerate, but I don't use Boutique items much, and I almost never use accelerate (prefer to use those stones for charms), so that's not an issue with me.

3.) I solved the MP problem easily enough. I simply grabbed myself some MP regenerating armor. I've also found it's useful in combat, as my tiny MP bar refills much faster between fights. The armor's good armor, too.

If you plan on buying Boutique items anyway, I wouldn't bother with the natural wings. If you don't want to bother hunting for MP regen armor (wasn't easy to find by the way), then I also wouldn't bother. If you get annoyed by flying around for long periods of time, want your archer to look cool/hot, and don't want to waste tons of money (in-game or real) on Boutique items, then go for it.
