Front Flip...?

Hey all, I was just jumpin around in PW mashin buttons for no reason and my guy randomly did a frontflip... just wondering, does anyone know how to do this..?

    also while running if u press X u will do a front cartwheel/handspring

    or if you are a veno in foxform, run, keep your finger on x, and you do headfirst donut rolls!
