hello, i m new to game and i would like to xplain me what about the guilds
for ex. what lvl i should reach to create one? etc

    You have to be level 20 and must have 100k to start/create a new guild. You need to look for the Faction NPC in Archosaur, around 572,656 coords - close to where the boatman is at.

    And if you ever consider to just join vs create, we Sagacious at Heavens Tear server are always looking for fantastic members :D
