Frost Arrow

I have read some guides, I'm trying to make a PK archer.
And I noticed that some people say, Max it, others say leave it to 1, or " Its useful " but dont max it.

What would be the best for PK purposes? Max or?

Same with Blazing arrow, I have read someones guide and he says its ABSOLUTELY USELESS for PKing/Pvping, since you dont use normal bow attacks, thus it does not work. Suggestions? Arguments?

    Frost Arrow is only rarely used in pvp, you're better off saving the chi for other skills or spark. (not counting Sage Frost Arrow)


    Blazing Arrow is a skill you should max either way, it's a constant damage boost in PvE. And you do use normal shots in pvp, depending on what level you are, the weapon you use and who you're fighting. Slingshot users will attack with normal shots quite often, especially against robe users.
    Wondering how much longer these **** packs are going to be around.

    Frost Arrow: Yes, you wont use this much or at all in PVP, but unless you plan to PVP at level 30, it might come in handy to level; this is an early skill so its coin/spirit drain isnt that high anyway.

    Blazing Arrow: As kristoph said, you do use regular shots in PVP, not for all targets, but they are very useful. It's hard to ignore a skill as 'low maintenence' as Blazing Arrow.


    Don't forget with your skill choices.. although you want to focus on PVP, you presumably still want to get to those higher levels, so take the skills you need to level as well as the skills you need to PK. Coin and spirit are essentially unlimited, generally by level 70 your spirit worries will be permanently over.

    whatever your aim for your archer, i'd say these basic skills are essential:
    Bow Mastery
    Winged Blessing
    Blazing Arrow
    Frost Arrow
    Winged Shell
    Knockback Arrow (@ level 1)
    Stunning Arrow
    Winged Pledge (at least Lv1)
    Meek with words, abrupt with arrows.

    No matter what, you will HAVE to grind. With that being said, max it. It is very useful for slowing down the mobs if used as an opener. (imo)

    Frost Arrow is basically a pve skill unless you go heaven EA and learned the heaven frost arrow,which turns its damage into magic atk,in the skill state it says"inflict water damage"...that's ABSOLUTELY WRONG,it only do Water damage when it's heaven frost arrow.u can test it with ur friends and identify what type of damage it is when it's not heaven frost arrow
