Game Wont Launch

Exactly what the title says..

I made a topic about this earlier but since know one was replying to it I figured it best to just make a new topic with updated information

I use windows vista btw

I go to launch PW from my desktop Icon and click "allow this program" as usual and it goes to load the game, and then nothing im still looking at my desktop... so im like okay, I go to my Prog list and try to launch it from there same thing happened.

So I decide to uninstall and just reinstall, well I had to redownload,10 hrs later >.< im installing it and right at the end of the installion it tells me it cant extract to the desired location which is the default installation path in Prog List

So I try again this time adding a L to the end of the destination and it installs, I verify the files from the installation screen along with "launch game" and all the files check out "Ok" but when I hit exit nothing happens...again... I go to click my PW icon and the same problem I had in the beginning occured It goes to launch the game and nothing happens

At the point im at now ive been trying to figure out why this isnt working since 7a.m this morning and its 6p.m now so if anyone can give me a reason or tell me what im doing wrong that would be great Ive made sure that everything (Drivers) is updated and im still getting this problem its getting really annoying and im getting really frustrated so,
