Please Help Me Get Into This Game

Im getting really frustrated and have spent hours on trying to figure out how to even get in the game.. ive downloaded what it asked me to and it took a long time, now i click on the icon and i dont understand why i cant get into the game. Please help me

    Check out the FAQ thread, its about the fourth one down from the top in this section :)

    If the answer isn't there, try sending a ticket in to the admins by clicking support/submit a ticket.
