How to get a Sundown Pendant?

I recently saw someone with a lvl 80 belt that is really nice called the Sundown pendant. It said on item is a quest reward. Does anyone know which quest and how to get one? Thanks for any info on this.b:thanks

    complete expanstion quest that starts with wraiths ploy (lvl 70+)
    pwdatabase for more info
    it might actually be a quest you get in old heavens tear after u complete expansion quest or might be end of expanstion quest itself cant remember 100%

    1. Fully complete Wraith's Ploy quest, obtain Chrono Key.
    2. Hit level 80.
    3. Travel back in time and take the quest from the guy in the middle. The quest involves nothing more than choosing between the Sundown Pendant and the Nightfall Pendant.
    4. Dance.
    Signatures are for fat, weak, obnoxious little doodyheads who sit on forums all day and think that the collection of pixels at the bottom of their typed idiocies properly perpetuates the minute details of their personalities to fellow forum-ers.

    From what i can see one is a protection belt, the other is elemental, but they both have identical stats. Obviously the usual refining boosts apply (phys. res. for protection, mag. res. for elemental)

    when you travel back you get it from the npc the will let you travel forward. yes its 80. no its not the best item out there unless you cant afford a better one of course.
