Re: CHARACTER FACE GLITCH!!!!!!!!!!

As stated already by wingchi (perfect world user), I myself have had trouble with apparently the same glitch. I can see other Barbarian's faces normally, but other players (all humans & winged elves + venomancers) appear to have a sort of "default" or the same face: black-hair without any unique facial features. Physical features such as breast/chest size and height seem to remain normal. Though, when targeting another player their character-face thumbnail shows their "true" face. A sibling of mine (another Perfect World user: Hurakina) doesn't have this problem, so I consulted her about it and we suspected that the cause could possibly be my graphics setup. I went to my settings and matched it with hers, but it was no use.
wingchi's post was responded by game moderator: andracil (formally known as Amiris). She wrote "Go to options and check the "customizations" box."
I am new to Perfect World and sadly had no idea what she meant.... (LOL) but if anyone can help me, please reply with specific instructions!
THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!!!!!!!! XD
Sincerely,
Zeake
PS:
Oh and one more thing, I don't know if this should concern technical support, but would you take a look at my account avatar because it is wrong (my character in the game looks different).

I'm afraid I don't have much of a clue as to what would cause that. Maybe try switching from window mode to full screen mode (or vice verca). Sometimes doing that seems to change things up for some reason.
As for your account avatar, they're all generic based on your class and gender unfortunately. >.<0 -
I just tried that, still no use.....
PLEASE ANY MODS OUT THERE HHHHHHEEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!0 -
Go to the bottom right corner and click the system icon (screwdriver + hammer icon). Then, click the middle icon; system settings (the computer). Then click the UI settings at the top. Checkmark "customizations" and you're good to go.
PS. AVOID TYPING LIKE THIS, huge sized font and typing this, "plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz"I was early taught to work as well as play,
My life has been one long, happy holiday;
Full of work and full of play-
I dropped the worry on the way-
And God was good to me everyday.0 -
I can't thank you enough! Sure, I guess I will stop typing weird because I am not a total ***. Wow, talking to other players on the forums can make info flow more effeciently then mods having to always quote on other people's posts. That concludes this thread, but thanks again to everyone who has helped me! =D Bye!0
