I have this item (Wraith Pant):

If I want to sell it, how much gold should I trade it for?

Thanks for your time! :)

I'm surprised to hear it, since that's a relatively worthless 3 star item. Not to mention the resistance on it is totally unbalanced.

That's the conventional wisdom. But it's skewed toward high wood/metal resist, in other words, fitting the needs of clerics and venos looking to train on mobs that they're strong against. Still, it's worth nowhere near the 120k price tag.

Btw, the reason the 2 star wraith pants are expensive is because they're need for lvl 4 crafting quest, not that people actually wear them. 3 star ones will worth less, not more.

The following is my method for calculating, based completely on my opinion.

The standards that I tend to use are:
    Base cost @ fully repaired
Cost multiples (x2 per): 2*, 3*, each bonus that would be good for the user
Cost additions: excellent bonus for the user (in addition to the multiple), mediocre bonus, value of any shards added

    # of slots, resistance distribution, and useless bonuses (to the potential user's class) are usually ignored

So, for your piece, I would normally calculate:
3,440 @ 50% endurance, so 6,880 fully repaired (will use 7,000 as a rounded number; I only round the number when there's lots of cost modifications)
    x2 for 2* or better
    x2 for 3*
x2 for the vit+2 (not much use to an arcane venomancer, but quite useful for a cleric or wizard; if it was vit+3 I'd probably make it x3 (cost addition))
x2 for the bonus to phy resist (same reason as the vit+2; your opinion if you want to bump this one up to x3)
no mediocre bonuses in my opinion, so no additional cost additions

    So, 7,000 x2 x2 x2 x2 = 7,000x16 = 112,000
I would expect you to be able to sell it around 110k, possibly a bit lower because of the high concentration of the elemental resistance to two elements; not overly worried about that for an arcane armour, but would reduce the potential price if it was a heavy armour. Arcane users would normally have sufficient elemental resistance from other armour pieces to cover the missing elements with minimal reduction to their elemental resistance levels.

One possible reduction to the cost is whether the level 1 rank gear has a leggings piece for venos, clerics, and/or wizards, and how it compares to your item. It might wipe most of the demand out of your item.
