A few questions from a begginer :)

Hi everyone :)

I'm currently downloading the game, so I haven't had a chance to play it yet, but it looks like its going to be heaps of fun. I just have a few questions that I'd like the know to know the answers to before I start, just in case I accidentally choose something that ends up worse off for me :)

First off I'd just like to say I am not a pvp-er, I've played a few other mmorpg's and fighting other people isn't really my style. I prefer sticking to the beasties that are computer generated and controlled :)

OK, to the whole reason for making this thread lol..

1) How many people approximately play this game?

2) How many servers exist, and whats the different between them?

3) Is there certain servers that are more pvp related than others, and if so which ones would be more suited to non-pvpers?

4) Is this game fully free, or are there certain parts that are available only if you pay for them, or is the game a trial that expires and to keep playing you must pay for?

5) When did this game get launched?

    1) A lot. I honestly don't know =P
    2) 5. Some are PvP (forced PK mode at lvl 30), others are PvE (optional PK mode at lvl 30)
    3) *points up*
    4) Free, but there's a cash shop. You can spend real money to gain beneficial items ;)
    5) Uhh... somewhere in september I think... closed beta was in july or august, I'm not sure.

    just one other question, do you have to stick to a particular server once chosen?

    1) There is no exact number of how many players there are. But it spans countries....so a lot.

    2) 5 servers. The difference is PVP or PVE and time.

    Lost City - PVP
    Heavens Tear - PVE
    Sanctuary - PVP
    Dreamweaver - PVE (east)
    Harshlands - PVP (east)


    3) (see number 2)

    4) Fully free....although there is a Boutique for cash shop only items.

    5) I think the Beta launch was in August or September of 2008? Not sure....you could prob look it up

    Yes you cannot transfer characters...but you can start over on another.
