Can you restat and reskill some time?
Or are you stuck with the skills and attributes you choose from the start?

    There are cash shop items which allow you to reset stat points, but there is currently no method of resetting skills.

    So there's not a fee free method? (real life cash fee)

    Not like an npc or non cash shop item method no, but if you don't want to spend real money you can always buy a reset from another player with in game coins.
